World's tallest statue 'The Statue Of Unity'

The Statue of Unity or SOU is a statue of Indian statesman and founding father Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in the Narmada district of Gujarat, India. It is the world's tallest statue, with a height of 182 metres or about two times as tall as the Statue of Liberty.

It's expected to attract nothing less than 10,000 tourists everyday.A large team of over 3,000 workers and 250 engineers worked on the Statue of Unity.
The statue is approximately 3.5 kms away from the Sardar Sarovar Dam at Kevadia in the Narmada district.
